Hot Chocolate

warm drinks are always a way to ground me and keep me at peace. the one you see in the picture is a hot chocolate i had when i was in Spain. i like to enjoy my drinks with a serene view of the atmosphere that surrounds me. in this case, although not visible, i was sat by a window atop a mountain in Seville. memories like those are ones i wish i could relive. i've always had a tough time 'living in the moment'. i want to enjoy the time i spend doing things like this, but i'm so caught up with the other parts of my life, that i often forget to ease my shoulders and just...

breathe.

connaissance

Vast Library

i like learning. i like knowing things. everyday we learn something new. it's pretty much inevitable to learn, and i embrace it wholly. a big part of who i am is my desire to pursue knowledge in it's many forms. i read, i research, i inquire, i discuss, i debate, i reflect, i ponder. all of it with the intent of understanding what shapes us as beings and what makes the world spin. this site was made so that people get to know what makes my gears turn. i hope that, when you're done perusing each page, you'll leave with something to remember.

i travel with my family.

a LOT.

i feel that every country i've ever visited in my life so far has changed me in one way or another. good, or bad. as of now, i've traveled to nearly 40 countries, mostly within Europe, North America and some in the Middle East/North Africa. as a result, i've been exposed to a plethora of unique and magnificent cultures and traditions. it's given me a new perspective on life. it's taught me to avoid complacency, and to be humble regardless of the circumstance. i've also learned a lot about myself through my travels. it helped me develop an affinity for physical media through each country's vinyl stores and book shops. it helped me discover my passion for photography/cinematography. and above all else, it brought me closer to family. as corny as it sounds, i must profess that these journeys have taught me how important family is. without them, i wouldn't have even seen all these incredible places.

i owe it ALL to them.
